5 mile workout this morning

I had a great 5 mile workout this morning.

Dist: 5.15 mi
Time: 1:00'22"
Pace: 11:42 mi/min.

I ran 1.25 miles without stopping! woohoo.

It seems that after about two miles that everything kind loosens up and starts really felling good. Not sure why that is. But I'll take it.
